Overview of Workshops
These workshops focus on our interactions with others, both in general and in romantic relationships. Attitudes, emotions and behaviors that influence our ability to relate in healthy ways to others are addressed. Well documented psychological findings are presented to increase awareness and understanding of what is and is not working in our relationships. Research based interpersonal strategies and skills are incorporated that are aimed at reducing interpersonal stress and conflict and improving one’s role in contributing to healthier relationships and increased satisfaction. A lively, interactive and engaging format is utilized, which allows participants to actively engage with the materials and strategies presented.
